About HuMed

HuMed is a podcast and media brand that shares physicians’ stories. Everything on the Site, the podcast and our social channels is offered for general information, education and storytelling.

Not medical advice

Nothing on the Site, the podcast or our social channels is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here creates a physician-patient relationship with David Spiro, MD, or with any guest. Always talk with your own qualified health professional about your health, and never ignore or delay professional advice because of something you read, heard or watched here. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Guests speak for themselves. The views of guests and of the host are their own and do not represent any employer, hospital, university or other institution they are affiliated with.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, audio, video, images, logos and design, belong to HuMed or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the content for personal, non-commercial use and share links to it. You may quote brief excerpts with credit to HuMed.
